*update* it's been a few days now and I suspect this might be my AOTY

Harrison Phinney as much as I adored the Lillerne album, this is more cohesive. it does not tell you how to interface with it or how to feel—that’s up to you, to your set and setting. it can function as ‘background music’ in the sense that it’s liquid, but there are details galore here for the active listener.

personally I feel no bleakness here, some melancholy maybe, but mostly hope, inward strength, quiet awe, and yearning.

a standout for daisart so far, for me. Favorite track: Meshing.
